Had one of those great days today – finished ahead of everyone else and had the good fortune of shopping for a costume in the city (Manchester) with the love Jo who designs all that is SHAMELESS clothageswsie – fab day no matter what, let alone that it was work! There are fantabulous vintage shops in what’s now called the Northern Quarter and I cannot wait to get back to them properly at the weekend – am treating myself and the Hub to a sojurn here then as fed up travelling and MAYBE those football tickets I bought actually exist. I bought something of course though I didn’t intend to and all I can say is I better not put on any weight ever again if it’s to continue to fit me – which brings me to my main question of the day…I eat a lot of chicken at the moment and seem to remember reading somewhere that it’s not good to eat it every day as it tends to ‘stick around’ in the digestive system – is this true? also any tips on something to keep it all TOTALLY MOVING OUT of said system – preferably not tablets as who knows what’s in them and bear in mind that fresh figs (only ones I like of the fig family) are often hard to get…I thank you in advance for your help (you will be making an old lady veh veh happy if you give me good info -oh come on, give a little you know you want to…)
