sleeping 14 December 2008
I had a lovely dose of what I like to call ‘sleeping sickness’ today which is basically waking up JUST ABOUT and then dropping off again for AGES = lovely. As a result I don’t have a lot to show for the day and could care less, to be honest. What I did do was my Russian Homework (not TOO bad) and dishwashing, which is a LOT more challenging than you might imagine, and then tucked into WALLENDER on BBC – Ken Branagh is only MASSIVE. Love it.
Then a delight – the news had George W Bush being pelted by a journalist’s shoes in Iraq- that’s the item they use to show complete disdain. Couldn’t have been a better statement – just to put some perspective on this: 4,000 US troops have died in the conflict so far and 90,000 Iraqis…you do the math….
