A few things exercising the brain today…
First up, I had a very strange dream last night in which I had very hairy legs – they looked sheer from a distance but up close were a furry mess (though light hair so presumably that’s why they seemed smooth from a distance). Now how I know that they were smooth from far away is beyond me as they’re attached to the bottom half of my body. Thing is you hear that dreaming about ANYTHING is about/symbolic of sex (or lack of it, presumably?) but SURELY not The Hairy Leg??
I took a trip to Manchester today and on my travels was struck by how happy we all are with a bit of sunshine. These days it’s lovely enough to be enjoyed and not be ‘too hot’ which is when we get sweaty and sticky and cranky and then when the 3 days of good weather go away (our summer in other words) we whinge for a year till they come again and then we can say how sticky and uncomfortable it all is all over again…But although we may be better suited to drizzle, a ray or two of sunshine is lovely, ain’t it.
On my way to the station this morning (c 9.30am) I passed a group of youngsters in ‘nude’ suits and blue scarves on the street – anyone have any idea why? Could’ve been shtyoodents, I guess, though a little early in the day for them to be having a lark surely? So am guessing advertising but as the product wasn’t glaringly obvious maybe the campaign should be rethought??
